Welcome Richard – Canterbury Greenspace

Richard Harris has joined the KSCP to work three days a
week as the Canterbury Greenspace Officer. Richard joins us from Croydon
where he will continue to work part-time in Environmental Health Services.
The Greenspace Project is all about working with local communities in the
Canterbury part of the Stour Valley to manage and improve green space for
wildlife. Richard’s first job is to assist with the management of three
newly designated Local Nature Reserves (see below). The Greenspace Project
is funded by Brett Environment Trust, Canterbury City Council, Kent County
Council and ‘now’ from the Inter Regional Development Fund (Interreg).
