Perry Court Farm supplies Canterbury Wholefoods and other outlets with its organic beef, cereals and vegetables.

The farm is registered with Demeter and uses bio-dynamic methods of production.

All animal feedstuffs are home grown and the animals are taken to a local, Soil Association registered abattoir.

Badgers Hill combines selling barrels and water features with apples and cider.

Apples can be purchased ready picked, or customers may pick their own. Twelve varieties are available.

The cider on sale is made at the farm from sustainably home grown apples.

Local craftsmen produce the barrels and water features.

Duskin Apple Juices is a family run firm producing a special taste from the orchards of Kent. Locally produced apples are pressed into juices as single varieties - Bramley, Cox, Jonagold etc allowing individual flavours to be appreciated. At any one time five or six varieties are available.

Unfortunately farm gate sales are not possible, but Duskin apples juices can be found in farm shops, village shops and greengrocers throughout the Stour Valley.

Perry Court Farm Shop sells a wide range of locally grown produce, including home grown fruit and vegetables. All crops are sustainably produced and several crops are in conversion to become organic. The farm hopes to register soon with the Soil Association.

The farm hosts open days and school trips. They hold an annual apple festival which will be held on 16 and 17 October 1999, and 21 and 22 October 2000.

Sarre Mill is a traditional working windmill grinding flour from locally grown wheat.

Wingham Country Market is a Soil Association registered grower with a farm shop. The shop sells a wide range of produce, including fruits, vegetables, animal produce and plants, some of which is organic and much of which comes from within the Stour Valley.

Only Soil Association approved pesticides and herbicides are used in the growing of their organic produce.
